Your Next Step

What does it mean to be a mature missional disciple of Jesus?

If you think C3 Malmö could be home, we have good news! We’ve made it easy for you to learn what we believe, how we live it out together, and how you can join in! Our hope is that you would mature as a missional disciple of Jesus as you identify and take your next step in the faith journey.

  • We seek God’s kingdom and presence before anything else.

    We seek…
    -
His voice - by abiding daily in prayer & scripture
    - His presence - by prioritising the company of his family by attending Sunday Gatherings and enaging in Connect Group fellowship
    - His joy - by experiencing His grace as we discover His mercy

Next step? Commit to attending weekly, join a Connect Group, follow a Bible reading plan.

  • We intentionally follow Jesus daily, desiring to become more like him.

    We follow Jesus on
    - a path to emotional maturity
    - a pattern of slowed-down spirituality
    - a life of loving people well

Next step? Take a course in Emotionally Healthy Spirituality/Relationships, or sign up for the next marriage or parenting seminars.

  • We participate in God’s story and mission, aiming to see our neighbours, our region, and the world redeemed and flourishing.

    - In showing others - Live as a missionary
    - In helping others - Serve your community
    - In blessing others - Practice hospitality

Next Step? Serve on a team, start living with margin and living on mission by tithing and having a savings plan with our CAP personal finance course.

This is your first step if you want to begin living out your purpose within the local church, through community. Once a quarter, we host a welcome fika after service where you’ll get to enjoy lunch while hearing the story of C3 Malmö from our Lead Pastors, Matthew & Christelle Fourie.

You’ll hear how our purpose as a church connects you to being part of a thriving community that feels like family and enables you to have a deeper relationship with Christ. Our Associate pastors Justin & Linn Style will also be there to meet you and help you get connected.

Join the family of God! Baptism is the God-ordained entry into covenant with Him, freedom from the reign of sin and death, and Spirit-empowered life in His kingdom. It’s not just a symbol or personal preference!

From the very beginning of the church, belief in Jesus and baptism went hand in hand. In Acts, when people put their faith in Christ, they were quickly baptized, the natural beginning of a new life with Him. Baptism is a crossing point: from wandering to belonging from bondage to freedom, from death to life.

We love celebrating baptisms because they mark the start of this new life in Jesus. It’s where you declare Him as Lord, are filled with His Spirit, and join the family of faith.

Watch our baptism series “Through The Waters” to learn more. Then sign up below to join the waitlist for our next Baptism Sunday.

Find a mentor

New to faith? Find a Mentor

Starting out in faith is exciting, but it can also feel a little overwhelming. One of the best next steps is to have a mentor, a spiritual father or mother, who will walk with you as you begin following Jesus.

A mentor is someone who loves Jesus and would love to get to know you. As you follow Him, you may find yourself rethinking your life and your story, and a mentor can help you in that process. They will listen, welcome your questions, and guide you into rhythms like prayer, reading Scripture, and living as part of God’s family. Most of all, they will be a steady, loving presence as you find your footing in this new life.

Mentorship is always about relationship. Each person and mentor will agree on a set timeframe to meet more regularly at first, to help establish strong foundations. And because relationships matter, we will make sure the two of you “click”.  We are not here to force anything.

We believe this kind of relationship is one of the most wonderful gifts you can receive at the beginning of your journey with Jesus. To take this step, sign up today and we will connect you with a mentor.
